More About Me

My name is Katherine Idrobo, and I am proud to serve the Latino community as a dedicated Real Estate Professional committed to integrity, excellence, and results.

What makes me different goes beyond production numbers and awards—although I’m proud to have earned the Centurion Award for several consecutive years and to have been recognized as the #1 Sales Agent in my Selden office. What truly sets me apart is my understanding of the responsibility we carry as Latino professionals serving our community.

For many Latino families, homeownership is not just a purchase—it’s a milestone. It represents sacrifice, hard work, stability, and the foundation for generational wealth. I approach every client relationship with that understanding.

I focus on three core principles:

1. Education and Empowerment

Many of our clients are first-time buyers or navigating complex financial situations. I take the time to educate them thoroughly—credit, financing, contracts, negotiations—so they feel confident and empowered, not overwhelmed.

2. Trust and Cultural Connection

Trust is everything in our community. Referrals are built on reputation, and reputation is built on integrity. I go above and beyond to ensure my clients feel respected, heard, and protected throughout the process.

3. Results with Purpose

Production matters—but purpose matters more. My goal is not just to close transactions; it’s to create long-term relationships and position families for financial growth and stability through real estate.

As Latino professionals, we are more than agents—we are advisors, educators, advocates, and leaders. We are helping close the wealth gap by increasing Hispanic homeownership one family at a time.

Whether I am working with a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a seller transitioning to their next chapter, my commitment remains the same: excellence, honesty, and lifelong partnership.

At the end of the day, I don’t just want clients. I want to build legacies within our community.
